Description
A Love Canal remediation site is enclosed by a light-colored wooden barrier in the foreground. Within the site, a large excavator is positioned beside piles of dirt, and two cranes rise into the sky. A set of portable floodlights stands near the right side of the image, adjacent to a building with a pitched roof. The sky is overcast, and the lighting suggests early evening or late afternoon. Residential structures are partially visible along the right edge.
