Description
A partially fenced-off construction area extends along a residential street, marked with a "DANGER KEEP OUT" sign posted on the fence. Construction materials, including coiled rebar and stacked pipes, are arranged on the ground. A yellow backhoe is visible further down the site. On the left side, a single-story house with a conifer tree in the yard is adjacent to the fenced zone. The street is partially blocked, with scattered debris and a manhole cover lying on the pavement.
