Description
View of a calm portion of the Niagara River's rocky shoreline, south of the Love Canal Chemical Waste Landfill site, Niagara Falls, New York coated with a black, oily residue on debris and discarded, partially submerged tires in the polluted water. The bank is strewn with rocks, broken concrete pieces, and plant debris. The water is dark and murky, with a reflective surface showing trees along the opposite side of the bank.
