Description
This image shows a high-altitude aerial view of Niagara Falls and the Niagara River. The Horseshoe Falls is prominently visible with a large plume of mist rising from the cascade. Goat Island sits between Horseshoe Falls and the American Falls upstream. The image includes both urban and rural areas on either side of the river, with bridges connecting Canada and the United States. The scene is bathed in soft daylight, with the horizon visible in the distance. The Love Canal neighborhood was located in southern Niagara Falls.
