Description
A concrete drainage pipe emerges from an embankment in a wooded area, discharging into a small, shallow stream near the Love Canal Chemical Waste Landfill site, Niagara Falls, New York. The surrounding ground is muddy with patches of standing water, and the area is overgrown with leafless branches and brush. Debris is scattered around the streambed.
