Description
A chain-link fence runs along a grassy area with sparse trees, and a portion of the fence forms a double gate. One side of the gate is ajar and bent out of alignment, hanging unevenly. Love Canal activist Patricia A. Brown stands behind the fence, holding onto it with both hands. The scene appears overcast, and fallen leaves are scattered on the edge of the road and grass.
