The rally was organized by the Citizens Clearinghouse for Hazardous Waste.
A person stands outside a large building during a protest, speaking to a group of reporters holding out microphones labeled with local TV station logos. Behind them, others hold protest signs with handwritten messages about protecting families and clean water, and a large concrete structure with windows serves as the backdrop.
