A chain-link fence runs along a grassy roadside, enclosing a large, barren, and mostly cleared area. A white warning sign with red lettering is attached to the fence, stating "Danger Chemical Waste Site Keep Out." In the distance, construction vehicles and equipment are visible, as well as scattered trees and low buildings along the horizon. The sky is clear and blue, and the ground within the fenced area appears dry and patchy.
