Used to treat multiple ailments with a magnet and electricity
Wooden box with large metal magnet,wheel and spools inside; external crank attached to wheel; two external handles with cords.
A wooden electrotherapy device is displayed with its lid open, revealing internal electrical components. The box contains coils, metal fittings, and a hand crank on the side used to generate electrical current. The inside of the lid features a printed label with instructions and the name of the device. In front of the box lie two handheld electrodes with cloth-covered ends connected by wires, which would have been applied to the body during treatment.
