Steel with spring device.
A dark metal instrument with curved arms and flat hooked ends is shown against a light background. The device consists of two opposing arms that curve outward to form hook-like handles. At the opposite end, two flat rectangular tips extend outward in opposite directions. The metal surface appears aged with visible discoloration and wear.
