Used to comb the hair of an individual that has been infected with lice
Very rare 19th century lice comb in a cranberry-scoop form with a wooden handle. The fine, metal teeth meticulously gather the lice from the hair into the chamber. The chamber then opens from the bottom so that the lice can be removed from the comb.
