Evenings for New Music rehearsal: Robert Erickson's Concerto for piano and seven instruments (1963)
A black-and-white scene shows a stage prepared for a musical rehearsal. In the center, a person bends over while adjusting or positioning a double bass. Other musicians are seated nearby with music stands, and percussion instruments, including a keyboard percussion instrument, are arranged on the right side of the stage. Large curtains hang behind the ensemble, and cables are visible on the stage floor.
