Night scene

A grand, ornate building with a large central dome and many decorative elements is brightly illuminated at night. Numerous electric lights outline its facade, arches, and rooftop, while a taller structure is visible to the left. In the foreground, an elaborate multi-tiered fountain adorned with sculptures sprays water and is also illuminated. The setting is a dark plaza with streetlights, and "Copyright 1901 by C.D Arno" is written in the bottom right corner.
