Interior of Ellicott Sq. Bldg., Buffalo, NY
A large musical band of 28 individuals, dressed in dark uniforms with horizontal braiding, performs in a grand multi-story interior courtyard. A conductor stands before the seated musicians, who play various instruments including brass, woodwinds, and percussion. A bass drum in the background reads "SCINTIAS BAND BUFFALO". Storefront signs for "LABOR BUREAU" and "ICE COMPANY" are visible on the surrounding building levels, connected by a prominent bifurcated staircase.
