Description
A large group of people stands in the street and on the steps of a building with tall columns which is the City Hall of Buffalo, New York. The building’s facade is decorated with striped bunting and a banner that reads “BUFFALO WELCOMES PRESIDENT JOHNSON.” Flags are visible in the crowd, and some uniformed individuals and a band can be seen on the steps. A white vehicle is parked on the left, and people in mid-century attire walk or stand facing the building, suggesting a public event or rally.
