Description
Photographs, Black and White ; 24 x 18 cm.
The black and white aerial photograph shows an expanse of farmland divided into rectangular and irregular fields. Roads run horizontally, vertically, and diagonally through the scene, connecting small settlements and scattered houses. A quarry or excavation site is visible in the upper left corner. Clusters of trees and wooded patches are interspersed across the fields. A brighter, cleared rectangular area appears near the center-right. Residential areas with grid-like streets are located on the far right side. The handwritten number “8226-361” is at the top right, and printed text at the bottom right reads: “FAIRCHILD AERIAL SURVEYS INC. N.Y.C.”
