The black and white aerial photograph depicts a mix of farmland, open fields, and residential neighborhoods. Houses and streets are concentrated on the left side, with a waterway running diagonally near the lower left corner. Agricultural plots extend across the lower and right portions of the image, divided into rectangular and irregular sections. A large cluster of industrial or farm buildings is visible near the center, aligned with the main road running horizontally across the image. In the upper right, a rail yard with multiple tracks and intersecting roads is partially visible. The number “8226-39” is handwritten in the top right corner, and printed text at the bottom right reads: “FAIRCHILD AERIAL SURVEYS INC. N.Y.C.”
