The black and white aerial photograph shows an expanse of agricultural fields arranged in rectangular and irregular plots. A major rail yard with multiple tracks runs diagonally across the lower portion of the image, intersected by a road. Several winding rivers and streams cross the landscape, with wooded areas along the banks. Scattered buildings and small clusters of houses are visible, particularly on the right side of the image. In the upper right corner, the number “8226-42” is handwritten. In the lower right corner, printed text reads: “FAIRCHILD AERIAL SURVEYS INC. N.Y.”
