Title
Voltaire's mansion
Description
The French writer Voltaire frequently got into trouble with the court because of his barbed writings. When the political situation heated up, he left his comfortable chateau and fled just over a kilometer into adjacent Geneva, Switzerland. This is a private residence, open only a few days per year to visitors.
