Doc. dr JERZY RUTKOWSKI - prodziekan Wydziału Maszyn Roboczych i Pojazdów na Politechnice Warszawskiej mimo młodego wieku ma za sobą pokażny dorobek teoretyczny i praktyczny. M.in. zainicjował w Polsce badania nad pomiarami wielkości mechanicznych metodami elektrycznymi. Opracował cały szereg lekkich elektronicznych przyrządów pomiarowych jak obrotomierze
elektromierze, termistorowe mierniki temperatury, indykatory ciśnienia itp.

Doc. Dr. Jerzy Rutkowski - Vice Dean of the Faculty of Machines and Vehicles at Warsaw University of Technology, despite his young age has had considerable theoretical and practical achievements. Among others, Poland has initiated research on measurements of mechanical electric methods. Developed a whole range of lightweight electronic measurement instruments such as tachometers, electric meters, thermistor temperature meters, pressure indicators, etc.
