Description
A large blue architectural blueprint mounted against a dark background showing a detailed first-floor plan. The drawing is labeled near the bottom center “PLAN OF FIRST STORY.” The layout forms a cross-shaped arrangement with rooms labeled, including “Conservatory,” “Dining Room,” and “Parlor.” Walls, doors, stairs, fireplaces, and structural piers are indicated in fine white drafting lines, with measurement markings and grid lines throughout. At the lower left, a small sectional or elevation detail is included. Light wear and faint stains appear across the sheet. A small white label is visible near the lower right corner.
