A large blue architectural blueprint mounted against a dark background showing landscape and planting details. On the right side, a curved plan labeled “Verandah” outlines a semicircular arrangement with steps or terracing indicated by parallel arcs. On the left, detailed drawings show wall construction, paving patterns, and a corner planting bed with decorative edging. Labels include “Wall,” “Paving,” and “Lawn.” Near the lower right, text reads: “Detail of Planting for Mr. D. D. Martin Summit, New York,” followed by a scale notation. Light-colored stains appear across the center of the sheet. A small white label reads “FLW 26 - 4.”
