A lightly colored architectural floor plan drawing on off-white paper against a dark background. The plan is titled along the top margin: “ALTERATIONS OF MAIN BUILDING FOR D. D. MARTIN ESQ. BUFFALO N.Y. – FRANK LLOYD WRIGHT ARCHITECT TALIESIN.” The drawing shows a second-floor layout arranged in an irregular, cross-like configuration with rooms, corridors, and stairways labeled in fine pencil and light red and yellow shading. Room names and notes are written within the spaces, and roof outlines are faintly indicated around portions of the plan. At the bottom center, the title reads “SECOND FLOOR PLAN.” A small white label appears near the lower right corner.
