A large blue architectural blueprint drawing mounted against a dark background. The plan is titled “SECTION – ALTERATIONS IN RESIDENCE OF D. D. MARTIN ESQ. BUFFALO N.Y.” and is dated “March 10, 1920.” The drawing includes a labeled “RECEPTION ROOM,” a “FIRST FLOOR PLAN SCALE 1/4" = 1'-0",” and a “DETAIL SECTION SCALE 1/2" = 1'-0".” The sheet shows floor plan layouts, structural sections, window placements, stair details, and construction notes. Additional text reads: “NOTE: ALL MEASUREMENTS TO BE VERIFIED AT THE BUILDING BEFORE ORDERING MATERIAL.” Fine white drafting lines depict walls, beams, rooflines, and structural components. A small label on the right side reads “FLW 5 - 1,” and a circled “1” appears in the lower right corner.
