This black-and-white aerial photograph shows a large expanse of open water occupying the majority of the frame. Along the bottom edge, a shoreline is visible, lined with residential neighborhoods arranged in a street grid. Industrial facilities and docks appear on the left side of the shoreline, while parkland with open fields and paths is visible toward the right. A small island and a narrow peninsula extend into the water from the top right. The bottom right corner bears the label “Fairchild Aerial Surveys Inc. N.Y.C.,” and the upper right is marked with the number “8226-234.”
