This black-and-white aerial photograph shows a transitional area between farmland and urban development. The right side contains a partially built grid of streets with scattered houses and open lots. The left side is dominated by farmland divided into large rectangular fields. A river meanders diagonally from the upper left toward the bottom center, bordered by trees. Several diagonal and straight roads cross the farmland, linking to the developing town area. The bottom right corner is labeled “Fairchild Aerial Surveys Inc. N.Y.C.,” and the upper right bears the number “8226-248.”
