Raymond Federman introduces two French poets, Anne Portugal and Olivier Cadiot to the University audience. Federman reads translations of their works with the assistance of Kristin Prevallet and Charles Bernstein. Federman and Prevallet have come up with unique translations and each translator reads his or her translation after or while Portugal reads the original French. Portugal reads from Le plus simple appareil. Cadiot reads from Rouge, vert et noir and Futur, ancien, fugitif.
