Following brief announcements and an introduction, Dr. Oscar A. Silverman lectures on special collections and new developments in university libraries with particular emphasis on the collections at the University at Buffalo. Silverman talks about the Joyce notebooks, little magazines and other esoteric items in the Poetry Collection. He also speaks about the library as a whole as a place of many special collections. This talk was part of the University Report Session.
