Recorded at the Katherine Cornell Theatre and Norton Hall Room 231 at the University at Buffalo on November 30, 1978 at 8 p.m. as part of Walking the dog: an open forum of the arts by Gray Chair of Poetry and Letters on two 60 minute Laser sound cassettes.
Following a three minute introduction by Robert Creeley, poet Denise Levertov performs a traditional poetry reading with selections from Life in the forest, Candles in Babylon, Footprints and The life around us: selected poems on nature.
