Interview recorded in Buffalo, N.Y. sometime between 1979 and 1980? on a 120 minute Tracs sound cassette by Allen De Loach and acquired by the Poetry Collection.
Poets Allen Ginsberg, Robert Creeley, Peter Orlovsky are interviewed by Allen De Loach in a home (probably Creeley's) in Buffalo, N.Y. The poets discuss the state of contemporary American poetry and talk about Charles Olson, Ezra Pound, El Salvadorian politics, writing poetry on typewriters and politics in general. Next a recording is made by De Loach of a conversation with poet Lawrence Ferlinghetti in a car. The recording closes with De Loach taping a phone conversation of an attempt to reach the Oakland Museum of Art.
