Poetry Collection acquired this tape of Allen De Loach's recording of two USA: Poetry shows. Recording was made on a 7 inch reel-to-reel tape. Details surrounding the original De Loach recording of these programs are unavailable.

This audio recording is of two episodes in the USA: poetry series. The first episode has profiles of Kenneth Koch and John Ashbery, and the second episode has a profile of Louis Zukofsky, featuring interviews and readings. Koch was interviewed in March 1966. In addition to reading his own poetry, Zukofsky reads "Divination by a daffodil" by Robert Herrick.
