Description
Act 2, scene 2 -- Sketch by Oliver Smith
This black and white illustration shows a multi-story pub building with a thatched roof and a hanging sign set within a dense forest of tall trees. A large, spoke-style wheel leans against the side of the building near the entrance. In the foreground, several long wooden benches are scattered across a flat clearing alongside two large barrels resting on a wooden rack.
