Description
Act 1: The Viceroy officiates at the marriage of two tipsy street-singers
A group of performers stands on a stage against a backdrop of several tall, ornate building facades and overhead triangular banners. The cast wears a variety of costumes, including military style uniforms, formal dresses, and specialized outfits such as a wedding dress and a clown costume. Two individuals are being held up by other performers: one sits on a chair lifted on the left, and another stands on the shoulders of two people on the right.
