A large ensemble of people in period attire is arranged on a multi-level stage framed by a wide arch. One central figure in a long gown stands with their back to the foreground, facing the larger group. In the lower-left foreground, another person in a cape stands by a desk, while handwritten signatures appear in the bottom right.
