A large neoclassical building with a central portico supported by tall columns, flanked by symmetrical wings that also feature rows of columns. The structure is set on an elevated platform with broad steps and landscaped terraces leading up from the road. Trees surround parts of the building, and a horse-drawn carriage is visible on the dirt road in the foreground.
