Act 1
This black and white scene features a stage where a crowd of people in tunics and robes is gathered on the left side. Many members of the crowd have their arms extended, pointing towards a person standing on a set of wide stairs on the right. This individual is positioned beneath a structure with stone columns, with additional people standing on a higher level behind them.
