This neoclassical building features a grand portico with six tall Corinthian columns supporting a large triangular pediment. A decorative frieze with various carved figures runs across the wall behind the columns, situated above a glass-enclosed balcony. The ground floor consists of multiple doorways and windows, with a single vehicle parked on the street in the foreground.
