Several people are gathered outdoors in what appears to be a public event or parade. Three individuals stand at the front: one in casual clothing and two in traditional-style outfits, each holding items such as a rifle prop or a banner. Behind them, multiple flags are being carried, including American flags and others with different designs. A crowd and storefronts are visible in the background, along with a large sign partially reading “ASSOCIATION.”
