Description
Part of a packet of 20 postcards
The theatrical stage set for the opera Aida features a massive, tiered structure with numerous performers positioned across multiple levels. At the top center, a large sculpture of a face overlooks the stage while performers in robes and uniforms occupy the staircases and platforms. Some performers are grouped on the lower floor near a red throne, and the word AIDA is printed in white in the upper right corner.
