A carved stone skull and crossbones relief set in an arched recess. The skull faces forward with empty eye sockets and an open nasal cavity, while the bones are crossed behind it in an X formation. Draped fabric wraps around the top and sides of the skull, adding a funerary or memorial element. The surface of the sculpture is worn and scratched, with visible etchings and graffiti marks. The background stone is textured, contributing to the aged and somber atmosphere.
