Description
This menu is divided into two section, the Bill of Fare and the Wine List. On the Bill of Fare, the categories are: Steaks and Chops($0.40-$1.50), Eggs and Omelets($0.35-$0.50), Cold Meats($0.25-$0.30), Relishes($0.15-$0.25), Potatoes($0.10), Cheese($0.25), Sandwiches($0.10-$0.25), plus Coffee, Milk, Tea, and Pie, costing a nickel or dime. The Wine List states on top: G.H. Mumm & Co. Extra Dry, Pts. $2.50
Qts. $5.00. The Wine List have the following categories: Champagne, Clarets and Sauternes, Rhines and Moselles, Brandy Etc, Liqueurs and Mixed Drinks, Mineral Water Etc, Pabst Bottled Beer. On the bottom of the second column, it states: Pabst Bohemian Beer on draught, per glass, 5c. Cigars in sealed envelopes.
