Cartoon character Dolly Dingle, created by American illustrator Grace G. Drayton, is presented as a cutout paper doll with her own American Red Cross costume. Grace G. Drayton (1877-1936) was one of first and most successful female children's book illustrators, cartoonists and commercial artists. She created the Campbell's Soup Kids.
