Title
[Windows in Lublin]
Subject
Windows
Lublin (Poland)--Buildings, structures, etc.
Description
A close-up view of two adjacent rectangular windows set in a weathered plaster wall. Each window is bordered by elaborately carved stone frames. The vertical pilasters between and alongside the windows feature sculpted figures, including winged heads, bearded men, crowned figures, and decorative motifs such as shells and floral forms. The stone carvings are symmetrical and stylized, showing signs of age and wear. Lace curtains are visible behind the glass panes, adding a domestic contrast to the monumental carvings. The architectural style suggests a Renaissance or Baroque influence.
