The color illustration of this sheet music shows four stereotypical representations of five ethnic groups, African, Turkish, Native American, Asian, and Southern American.
A sheet music cover titled Put Me Off at Buffalo shows a group of caricatured figures standing behind an oversized songbook with the title written across its pages. The words are by Harry Dillon and the music by John Dillon, as noted at the bottom. The design uses bold red and blue tones.
