Description
Exterior view of the Norton Emory Wheel Company building on the grounds of the Pan-American Exposition, Buffalo, New York. It was a two-story brick industrial structure with tall windows and a small third-story section on the roof. A sign on the side of the building reads “Westinghouse Electric Manufacturing Co.” The building is surrounded by open ground with a sidewalk in front.
