A weathered stone wall features an elaborately carved archway with an iron grill above the entrance. Above the arch, a high-relief carving depicts a large sailing ship with multiple masts and flags, set among stylized waves. The keystone area above the door bears the letters "IHS." To the left of the doorway, a sign reads “Skład Form do Obuwia, Piwną N 35.” The doorway is open, and a barred basement window is visible on the right side of the image. The wall surface shows signs of age, with cracks, peeling plaster, and uneven texture.
