first enters, color of
skin, movements ok
Laryngitis, difficult breathing,
We are in the
habit of saying the
patient looks better
which means much
Wrinkled brow sig pains
From the eye
Malar bone sig

From angle of mouth
down, throracic dis,
Hypocratic because so
well described by Hy
The features drawn +
pinched
Hypochondriac may become
melancholy, Bright eye
hectic fever of phthisis
Pale puffy face of Anemia
[??tic] position
of walking gait,
Mode of lying in
fevers great restlessness
In colic doubled up
Slipping to foot of bed
indicates debility
When knees drawn up
some trouble in
