We have heard so
much about dope in
patient medicines that
one sometimes may tire
of it + yet I think
we do not hear enough
to begin to realize the
danger from them
even those which would
seem to be very simple
Medicines.
In a dollar bottle of [mustard?]
Iron there is less than 2 ½ grs
of Iron, It is not wise to
take Iron unless under
the care of a skilled phys
as it may be much injury
Solbergs Consumption Cure
was shown to contain
nothing but cereal flour
chiefly barley. The cost
of treatment was $20
a month, would it not
be cheaper to go to your
physician?
Dr. Miles Anti Pain Pills;
Acetanilid + Caffeine
The directions advise
dangerous doses.
Among quite a list
of medicines consisting
principally of Alcohol is
Lydia Pinkhams Com.
[and] which has been so largely
advertised for so many
Years.
Aspirin, which is also
so much advertised
