Description
Landscape planting plan drawn on brown paper showing tree and shrub placement around the residence and boulevard area. The upper portion of the drawing includes the house footprint labeled "Residence" with surrounding tree groupings such as apple and white pine. Notes provide detailed planting instructions for tree spacing, arrangement, and soil preparation. At the bottom, the title block reads "Tree and Shrub Planting Plan for Boulevard Area, Estate of Darwin D. Martin Esq., Graycliff, Lake View, New York" with scale, architect information, and a March 1930 date.
