This architectural landscape blueprint features a detailed planting and site plan layout. A large circular pathway dominates the center of the drawing, surrounded by evenly spaced, labeled tree placements. Various curving and straight walkways are illustrated, leading to and around building structures at the bottom and right of the blueprint. Clusters of trees and shrubs line the paths and property edges, with species names and planting instructions written in small, hand-lettered text. The title block at the bottom identifies the plan as the “General Tree and Shrub Planting Plan for the estate of Darwin D. Martin Esq. Grey Cliffe Lake View New York," and signed with a scale notation. The document shows signs of age, including visible fold lines and slight discoloration.
